Minang Jordanindo Engineering, as part of the Group, focuses on research and development to create new technologies and products that meet the needs of a modem, high technology society. In cooperation with Beskom Electronic, an engineering company based in Ankara, Turkey, the Group established Tera Information System Labs (TISLABS, LLC), registered in Philadelphia, United States of America. TISLABS develops electrical engineering products including the Trip Information System (TIS), a system designed to simplify the process of acquiring trip information and enable direct implementation on live electrical circuits. The TIS technology has been patented under United States law and is being applied through cooperation with Con Edison, one of the leading power companies in the United States, for use in its electrical substations.
